Preface

We are in a very sensitive, critical season. The end is closer than we think. God said He will use us as
weapons/tools to reach out to the lost and strengthen the body of Christ. He said these things can't
be possible if we don't shine the light. In this season He said, money will fail but only the word of God
lives and abides forever. He said let not your faith be in money but more in the engrafted word of God
which is able to make you whole and give you and inheritance.

Also, it will interest you to know that there is more money and wealth in the world today like never
before. This is a perfect time to go into new businesses and dominate the world. Note that whenever
there are crises, those that proffer quality solutions are immensely rewarded. Our goal is to make sure
that we are educated, equipped and empowered to take over territories.

Every one of us was designed, equipped and empowered to fulfill a specific purpose. That unique
difference in purpose is what everyone sought after in the marketplace/life. When you are discovered
functioning in that uniqueness, it gives you a voice so you become a master in that field. When you
understand why you are different, you have found the path to EXCELLENCE. It is said that we are
remembered for 2 things: the problem we created or the one we solved. Be remembered for the one

As we begin, it is important we know that in the journey of life, nothing just happen. To every existence,
there must be some sort of trigger causing it to spring forth. In regards to that, we will look at some
verses of scriptures that will pave the way for things to come.

Job 23:10
But He knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

The word to KNOW here is the Hebrew word YAW-DAH which means to ascertain by seeing. What the
above scripture is telling us is this; before the test and trials comes, God has seen the testimonies, the
bright shinning light, the bountiful rewards at the end of the tunnel. So every process God will take you
through is for His glory to be seen and for you to be rewarded.

Gold must go through a refining process to shine so men can place value on it. Your value today will be
determined by the refining and purification process you are willing to go through.

The bible says let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your
father in heaven. God knew the temptations and trials will become the pre-requisite to come forth as
gold that's why it is expedient not to skip processes in life because it all ends in a glad triumph. There
are no shortcuts in life. As Joe Gerald will say:

“The elevator to wealth, health and happiness is out of order. You have to take the stairs one at a time”.

For God to make and establish a man, He will take Him through several processes. No man or woman
has ever made a mark or become successful without process.

Isaiah 60:1
Amplified: arise (from you depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you-rise to a
new life)! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the
lord is risen upon you.

To ARISE and SHINE is not just a statement of fact but a command. A command is a non-negotiable
obligation issued by a higher authority. When it is from a higher authority, we have no say in the matter
than to absolutely obey. God in this scripture is simply telling us to STAND UP and STAND OUT.

For your light is come: light always stands out especially in dark places. One good thing about Light is
this: it brings a revealing to anything it comes upon. It takes an illumination to reveal who you truly are.
The light here is the word because God enlightens us through His word. So it takes the word of God to
discover who you truly are as seen in John1:4-5 in him was life, and the life was the light of men. The
light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
And the glory of the lord is risen upon you: the word glory is from the Hebrew word KABOD which
simply means honor.

So ARISE, SHINE, FOR THY LIGHT IS COME, FOR THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS RISEN is simply this: when
you get up from where you are to take responsibility to discover who you truly IS through the word of
God, God honors you. Where there is honor, you will see a reward.

One way we take responsibility Is by Prayer and the study of the word because when we pray inline with
the word, we can channel our prayers perfectly in the right direction. The reason why our society is the
way it is today is because the children of the kingdom don't take out time to pray for their leaders and
those in the place of authority as seen in 1 Timothy 2:1-2.

The easiest way to influence a man is prayers. Jesus said to peter “I have prayed for you that your faith
fail not because the devil has tried to sift you……..”.

STAND OUT
1. GOD HAS PLACED A UNIQUE DEPOSIT IN YOU THAT THE WORLD NEEDS
Rom 8:19 say, THE EARNEST EXPECTATION OF THE CREATURE ALL WAITS FOR THE MANIFESTION OF
THE SONS OF GOD. If we don’t discover what God has deposited in us, we will never be fulfilled and the
world won’t be a better place because we didn’t serve with our gifts. Steve Harvey said to stop seeing
gifts as: running, dancing, singing and all that stuffs but by connecting dots, networking, service to
humanity and more. When I had the leading to start a music and multimedia foundation, it was actually
a gift I carried from birth waiting to be given birth to. I had to nurture it, go for trainings in specific areas
just to do what we do today.

The bible says let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your
father in heaven. God wants to exalt Himself through us and reward us for been exalted because when
praise goes up, blessing comes down. So what we are currently enjoying on this earth is a reflection of
the glory we constantly bring to God through our gifts in service to humanity. The bible says: “whatever
we do the least of the brethren, we do unto God”.

2. A LOT OF GOD’S CHILDREN AREN’T LIVING UP THEIR FULL POTENTIAL

One question i really love to ask is: IS THIS ALL YOU CAN BE, DO AND HAVE?

Not many of Gods children are living the life God designed for them. God began to place this in my heart
as I write to make us see that majority of the big organizations and multinationals in this world are been
owned and run by the world system not by the children of the kingdom. The bible says: the children of
the world are wiser in their generation than the children of the kingdom.

It is sad because the world system uses the kingdom principle to enrich them while the children of God
don’t care about the principles that will alter their destinies for good. Success is no respecter of persons,
race, culture, career, religion, belief. It always favors the prepared man threading the right path in line
with his divine purpose.

3. GOD WANTS US TO HAVE A VOICE IN THE COMPETITIVE MARKETPLACE

There is a Group of people called the international community. Practically they determine how this
World is run. They decide what happen in the banking, medical, telecommunications, government and
this people aren’t born again. They are doing what affects the world, without God and it is thriving.
 Evil like they say prevail when good men sit and do nothing.

China, Japan has a plan to dominate nations and one way they have succeeded in doing it is by DEPT.
America, Nigeria are some of the highest debtors in the world. When China and Japan give you funds/loan,
they do it intentionally and when they see that you can't refund, they tell you to allow them decide the
policies in your country so they can run it and recover their funds. Guess how long it takes to recover the
funds.... They slave you like for eternity.

It is said that, he who knows how will always have a job but he who knows why will always be the boss.
As believers, we must strive to be the boss in all ramifications by knowing why and also paying attention
to accurate details not just details. The Why always gives you the voice in the marketplace and makes
you a force to be reckoned with.

Mike Murdock said, many are broke because they aren’t known. I made a vow from inception to be
known for quality music, multimedia, leadership and business and we are living the dream. When you
mention the following names, what comes to your mind?

. Happiness Darlington-Jasmine Fashion

. Mark Zuckerburg- Facebook, whatsapp, instagram and twitter and the list goes on

The question is, WHAT WILL YOU BE KNOWN FOR? So many believers have given themselves to little
and mediocre things that people don’t really talk about because what they have created is not
immensely impacting the society for the better.

OUT
1. SEE THE BIG PICTURE
You have to know what God is saying concerning you and what you do. I am talking about vision here.
Proverbs 29:18 says: where there is no vision, the people perish. Inotherwords, many die, many aren’t
coming out as gold, illuminating the earth because they dont see a big picture, they don’t have a vision.
The word vision is the Hebrew word KAW-ZONE which simply means to SEE. God told Abraham, as far as
your eyes can see, that will I give to you. So your vision determines your provision. In a nutshell, nothing
just happens without a guiding vision.

Every successful company or people, watch them, they run with a guiding vision which they have
carefully written down. Habakkuk 2:2 write the vision and make it plain upon tables. It is important you
write the vision because, writing crystallize your thinking and gives you the mental capacity to
accomplish that vision. At every point in time, we should constantly fall back to our written vision to see
how well we are running with it-Habakkuk 2:2.

Goals like it is said are wishes with deadlines. The human spirit constantly desire written goals in line
with your divine purpose. Not doing this will lead to frustration and depression because we are not
seeing the big picture (vision). We must learn to measure progress with every goal we've set so we can
STAND UP & STAND OUT.

2. BUILD CAPACITY
Here you must invest in knowledge to the max. Read all the book you can that will make you standout in
your field and there is not telling the influence you will have on the earth. Influence on this earth is
fueled by result and result of products of knowing.

Isaiah 60:5-7, the essence of the rising is for this singular purpose: so that nations will come to your light
and this is what happens when you start shining. It is interesting to know we can’t shine if we aren’t
enlightened because to shine is to be full of light, to be knowledgeable. The bible says in him was light
and the light was the enlightenment of men.

The traditional system of education is not and will never be enlightenment because only the Holy Spirit
enlightens. That is why the bible in John 16:13 says: Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he
will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he
speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Where you are and what you are earning currently is a total reflection of the knowledge you possess.
You will BE, DO AND HAVE what your present knowledge will. Bible says, knowledge shall be the
stability of thy times. The challenges are there, you are moving in circles because of a lack of knowledge.
Proverbs 8:10-12

Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold. For wisdom is better
than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. I wisdom dwell with
prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.

Always make it your goal to build capacity and be a better version of yourself every freaking single day.
The more you build capacity, the more your value in the marketplace increase. The more your value
increase, the more the cheque gets bigger.

3. WORK
“TO FAIL TO WORK, IS TO WORK TO FAIL”

The work produces the miracle of rising and shinning. Nobody sleeps and makes it in life, you must arise
from your sleep, from your slumber to be who God wants you to. Bible says a little sleep; a little slumber
so shall thy poverty come. Proverbs 10:4-5: He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the
hand of the diligent maketh rich. He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in
harvest is a son that causeth shame. Success always comes in disguise as dirty and hard work. So we
can't play it safe and still become successful.

The bible talks about Jesus in Mark 1:35 "And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he
went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed." Early rising is a pre-requisite for
successful people. Here are a few scriptures I want you to see:

Genesis 22:3
And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with
him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the
place of which God had told him.

Exodus 9:13
And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto
him, thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

1 Samuel 1:19
And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to
their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her.

Become an early riser with a clear and definite purpose to leave a mark on this earth.
4. GIVE, MAKE IT YOUR GOAL TO BE FINANCIALLY FREE
Prosperity decides how much good you can do on this earth. As a matter of fact, your giving decides
how meaningful the society will be. This is because of the unique assignments you were sent to
accomplish. Your gifts is to better the lives of a particular set of people within your sphere of contact.
Denying this people the privilege to be blessed by your gift is tactically denying them their destinies.

This is true because, what those in your sphere need to get to their next level, reach their goals and
dream is that gift you are willing to spread to them. No man is an island, no man has existed alone and
no man will that is why we all need what everyone has. If Toyota didn’t go into car, Bill gate didn’t do
Microsoft, the telecoms were not there, how will the world be?

The good thing about giving is this, when it leaves your hand, what you have left replenishes and the
more you give to the right people the more the cheque gets bigger too.

In a nutshell, the game of life is meeting a need, solving problems with your gifts for a reward. Whatever
your reward is, be it spiritual or earthly, they are good to go but first we are on this earth so let us enjoy
what we see while we wait for the eternal reward.
