                                  ABSTRACT
In Traditional way we use to go to hotel and we can order food their it self a nd we eat our food. But
In the service now approach we can order our food through online by using our application which is
very fast delivery and we canord er in a easy way for any where which is very benefit to every
customer. Although their a lot of food delivery apps now but we do this application in the
service now platform which is a real time application. The overview of the paper to create the
applicaton which is very useful to students who are studying in the colleges. By using            this
application it can save the time of every student and this make the profit to the owners who run the
canteen in the colleges.It is a application that is used to delivery the food to the students who are
present in the college.

ServiceNow is the cloud based tool which is used in many IT industries.By using this tool we can
create the application very easily.It is integrated with the different type of trending technologies in
it. ServiceNow is a product stage which underpins IT Service Management It causes you to
computerize IT Business Management.. This cloud-put together stage is planned based with respect
to ITIL guidelines. ServiceNow centers around administration direction toward the errands,
exercises and procedures. It utilizes AI to use information and work processes to help present day
venture turns out to be quicker and increasingly versatile. It offers the adaptability, force, and
trustworthiness to accomplish the objectives of the occurrence and issue the board. Besides clients
are allowed to choose their most agreeable help interface. It gives all the data to the professional to
analyze and fix issues while evacuating the reliance on spreadsheets and messages.

LITERATURE SURVEY

Now- a-days we are using the many online websites for ordering the food. Developers are
creating different types of application by using various types of platforms .So we are created
a application by using a trending tool in the IT industry that is service now platform.in this
platform there are lot of advantages in it and the platform is user friendly to the customers.
By using this application we can create the application easily. Compare to other platforms it
is very easy to create the application. we are used various references like servicenow docs in
the internet and find a detail information about the tool and create the application. Here we
covered some of the topics of the service now and created the application. we created the
application based on th food delivery to the customer. It is a real time application where a
customer can easily track the food.

1)Service portals:
  Service Portal gives a measured UI system for snappy and simple structure of use gateways and
  dashboards for the stage. It helps engineers and non-technical overseers make appealing and

2)Roles:
 Roles are used for security reason. By using roles we cover some functionalites to customers since
we are not giving all control to the customers. In case we have to cover a couple of widgets or some
application menu in the application pilot we are using roles essentially in the organization now. roles
are used in checked applications in light of the fact that in overall augmentation we need not to use
roles since it can access by any one who are using that particular application.so all are used to make
their application in the examined one.
3)Scripts:
Use scripts to expand your occasion past standard arrangements. With scripts, you may
computerize forms, include usefulness, incorporate your occurrence with an outside
application and more.APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) give classes and techniques
that you can use in scripts to characterize usefulness. ServiceNow gives APIs as JavaScript
classes, web administrations, and different purposes of association for combinations.
4)Plugins:
Plugins give the extra features to the application it can make our work very easily then have already
a pre built scripts in it we can use these plugins by minimizing our work and add some extra features
to our application
Follow these steps for downloading it:
     Go to application navigator and search for plugins
     And click on plugins in the application navigator
     Then serach for whatever plugin we want and install it
 5)Virtual Agent Designer:
    The Virtual Agent Designer is a graphical device for making and overseeing points, which are
plans for discussions between a virtual operator and client. You can plan points that help your clients
settle basic work issues or guide them through self-administration errands.It has many inbuilt topics
in it.if we want to use existing topic we can use it otherwise we want to create a new topic which is
used for our requirement.

6)Catalogs:
List is utilized to embed the photos in our application which we need to show .Here we can make
work area pictures, symbol pictures and add costs to each picture what we transferred. Here we can
interface the work process with the catlogs for running the assignment in the inventories which can
make an ongoing perceivability to the client that can follow their subtleties.At that point include the
work process in it.

OUTPUTS:
The outcome of this project is seen in the catalog stages .There are three level approvals in this
project that is
  In the early stage the manager want to approve the order of the customer who are ordering
     the food in our portal
  In the next stage if the food is being preparing it is not in the check mark stage it is in the
     arrow mark so if the food is prepared and it is ready to deliver it is in the check mark stage
  In the third level approval the order is pick up by the delivery boy it is in check mark with
     blue arrow if the delivery is completed then the last stage of catalog task is check marked
     and it is completely delivered

We can add many feature to this application then it can work very efficiently it is a real time
application which we can use in a efficient way.There are many flexibilities in this
application.here we can know where the food is in by using the catalog steps.This app is designed
on the service now platform which is the platform which is used in many IT industries.
