MINUTES

MAIN MEETING
- Recap of the Go Green campaign
- A number of 250 trees per year to planted is in place as a proposal.
- A proposal of Rotaract T-shirts to be worn on all future projects prior to the club members
paying.
- A recap of the fundraising proposal. (18 th of April)
- A number of proposals were made such as (advertising our school, companies, photo booth, a
theme name, and fundraising name).

PROPOSALS

- Health care services to be help at the venture.


- Sound system to help thrill up the venture e.g. with the help of DJ HUSSIEN.
- Media should be involved such SAN FM, newspaper media etc.
- A prominent guest of honor to be invited.
- A strong theme will empower our venture to grow big.
- If the fundraising goes smoothly it will help sponsor the (DISCON) in Lusaka.

AOB

- A hand of cloth giving to be rendered to orphanage houses.


- More than clothes to be rendered to the orphanage as well as having a good time them to
remind them of how important they are. Pledges (Chooye = a box biscuit, a pack of tissue
(Jessica), a pack of giggies (Temwani)).
- 13th and 12th march proposed for the donation.
- A Rotaract talk(workshop) with public figures (e.g. Mr. Simush & Mrs. Kabanshi) to be held.
