Data Collection Time Line

The document outlines a data collection timeline for research being conducted by Group 8 members Zach and Michal. Zach's roles are leader, writer, and data analysis while Michal's are data collection and data analysis. They will use optically stimulated luminescence devices data to compare actual scalp dose to planned dose. Due to COVID-19, they now work remotely and communicate weekly via conference call. The proposed timeline details tasks for Zach and Michal over weeks 10-15 to organize documents, collect data, and check in with mentors.

Data Collection Timeline for Research I

Group 8 consists of two research members, Zach and Michal. Their roles are listed as follows:

Zach: Leader, Writer, Data Analysis

Michal: Data Collection, Data Analysis

Zach and Michal share the same clinical internship site and have the capability to pull data from the same institution data base. This study
involved a retrospective approach and no new planning will occur for these cases. Instead, they will be using optically stimulated luminescence
devices (OSLD) data to find the plans mean dose delivered to the scalp and then compare it to that of the treatment planning systems dose to
scalp. Due to the COVID-19 virus, Zach and Michal are now working remotely from home and communicate on a weekly basis via conference call
to talk about the research in order to stay on task. Below is our proposed research timeline. Should an unforeseen circumstance arise, the data
collection timeline will need amended and approval will be sought out by conversing with our clinical preceptor and program instructors.
