Miss Kelly has a good understanding of subtracting with 0, 1, 2. She has introduced subtraction in an

the students and they know what is expected of them. When the occasional behavior issue arises, Miss

Miss Kelly has a positive relationship with the staff in this school. She has assisted other teachers during
her planning time and lunch time in areas that she excels. She has used her free time (outside of school

Miss Kelly has a positive response to feedback from colleagues. She welcomes suggestions and advice
from experienced teachers and acts on the advice. Her main concern and goal is for student success and
will work hard to that end.

3 The classroom is safe and students have equal access to learning activites. The teacher ensures taht the furniture
arrangement is appropriate to the learning activities and uses physical resources, including computer technology,
effectively.

The classroom is set up for easy movement for the students and the teachers. Flexible seating is available
and is able to be moved to accommodate students according to the activity and need.

Miss Kelly did her whole group instruction using the Promethean Board with Pearson EnVision Math. After
independent practice the students were to use their iPads using Edmentum or IXL; focusing on
subtraction.

Miss Kelly has helped each student feel successful no matter their level.
