Teaching Evaluation on Primary Level Demonstration

Strengths:
• The teacher has a well modulated clear voice.
• She has a remarkable communication and social skills. She has the ability to connect
on a personal level with patience and fair tolerance towards the children.
• She is creative and seems enthusiastic while teaching, which gives a positive
environment for the children.
• The classroom is well organized and free of clutter. Teacher uses bulletin boards and
visual displays to support student learning, and includes the necessary displays.
• She presented the lesson in a clear, well- organized, factually accurate manner
without mistakes that made the lesson easier of the students to understand.

Weaknesses:
• The teacher can sometimes forget to stand properly. Poor posture—slumped
shoulders, standing in one leg—is not only physically unhealthy, but it can convey a
whole range of attitudes and degrees of interest and respect.

• The teacher’s long hair. Untie long hair could be distracting, it was also slightly
covering her face, which would block her facial expression while teaching.

Suggestion:
• Adopt different poses when you want your students to respond in a particular way.
Body language helps you get your message across. Let students know that you want
to create a supportive, productive learning environment.
• Be aware of your facial expressions. They can easily convey any number of moods
and attitudes, as well as understanding or confusion.
