RECOMMENDATION
The organization must conduct a needs assessment for an Employee Assistance
Programs to increase satisfaction
1. The supervisors and managers need to explore the other related
causes of the dissatisfaction of employees within the working
environment.
2. Supervisors must assess the level of their subordinates knowledge and
skills and whether they will be able to meet their deadlines.
3. They must agree on a performance contract, so that they can give
employees with job maturity and control over their jobs.
4. The possibility to have suitable foundations, updated guidelines and
support groups requires a considerable good environmental work
condition. In fundamental changes of the society such as modern
electronic equipment this issue is of even more importance
5. To improve the employee have critical thinking skill as to ensure employee benefits of
the firm by converting understanding into action plans and lessons learnt or best practices
from projects or tasks also individuals specially task to keep stored information current
and up to date.
