Since this is about hypnotic fantasy, I'd like you to begin by imagining the

fantasy of being hypnotized.

You are watching a video by a motivational speaker. He's a little unusual, and has
a somewhat shady reputation, but you know he gets results, and his fans rave about
him and his methods. And you also know that part of his method is hypnotizing the
listener.

You're curious what that will be like, what will happen while you're hypnotized.
You're eager to find out.

So you settle back in your seat, taking note of the feel and sight and scent of the
room around you, the way sounds return to you and define the space. You feel the
fabric of the furniture underneath you, and arrange your body in a comfortable
position for listening.

You know that in just a few moments, you will be deeply and completely hypnotized.
Your eyes will drift closed as your body drifts down and your mind drifts away into
a relaxing and comfortable state where all of your goals can be more easily
realized, all of your habits are available for examination, all of your behaviors
are amenable to change.

You are ready. And all you need to do is listen, take a deep breath, and relax.

That's right.

Hypnosis is easy, and comfortable, and safe, and anyone can enter a deep trance,
now, if they just listen, take a deep breath, and relax. Yes. You know that this
method has worked for countless other people before you, and will work for
countless other people after you, and it's your time, now, to just listen, take a
deep breath, and relax.

And even deeper.

And you might like to imagine a spiral, spinning on the ceiling above your head.
You're relaxed, and comfortable, but just looking at the big turning spiral gives
you the illusion of motion, the sensation of spinning along with the movement of
the arms, swirling into the center or extending away. It's an enjoyable illusion
to entertain for a moment, like rocking in a hammock or watching waves lapping the
shore, and you can take as long as you like to enjoy that, right now, as you
listen, take a deep breath, and relax. Just like that.

And you might like to imagine a long walk, out on the dunes with the wind in your
hair, each dune a little different than the last, but appearing under you in a
steady rhythm, a predictable pace, a repeating scenery that varies in details but
stays constant in texture, tone, resonance. You can smell the salt breeze or feel
the warmth on your face or listen and watch for the swish of tall grasses, the
tracks and glimpses of small creatures hiding in the undergrowth, the call of birds
soaring higher on the breeze. Any aspect that might be more calm and relaxing,
more enjoyable for a lazy vacation stroll, can easily be created by your mind, and
you pick and notice exactly the details that seem right to you, as you listen, take
a deep breath, and relax. Good.

And you might like to imagine you're being hypnotized, right here, right now, as
you listen, take a deep breath, and relax. With every word, more deeply
hypnotized, as you listen, take a deep breath, and relax. And whatever you imagine
about the feeling, the sound, the experience of going into hypnosis, can happen
right now for you, as you realize that you're ready for exactly this to happen,
ready and prepared to go into hypnosis as you listen to the sound of my voice. As
you listen, take a deep breath, and relax. Now.

You are here because you are ready to learn to set aside what's blocking you from
achieving your goals.

Put your hand between your legs now.

That's right.

I'm going to teach you a method that's a little unorthodox, but that's what you're
here for. Something a little off the beaten path.

Start masturbating, gently.

For the rest of this talk-- and you're welcome to use this method with any other of
my recordings, if the mood comes over you-- just touch yourself gently, enough to
get your body a little excited, a little aroused, a little ready and in the mood.
If you get really turned on and carried away and you feel like you really need to
get yourself off right *now*, you can go ahead and do that, but that isn't
explicitly the goal here, right now-- not until a bit later.

And any time you feel you need to, you can just take a moment to take a deep
breath, and sink a little further into your deep trance, now.

Keep touching yourself.

And imagine that the excitement you feel inside you is linked to the experience of
achieving the goal that you're interested in achieving. Whatever that may be. See
your goal clearly in your mind, imagine it happening... and start to build
scenarios in your head of *how* it's happening, exactly how you come to have that
experience.

Your imagination is very creative when you're getting off, and you can just let all
that creativity loose now in service of inventing ways to *have* the thing that you
want. Often, an important step in motivation is just being able to see a clear
path from where you are to where you want to get. Just that moment of inspiration.
And you might be feeling pretty inspired right now.

It's okay if your mind wanders after a while. It's even okay if you have to get
yourself off more than once while imagining exactly what you can do to achieve your
goal. It's okay if this makes thinking about achieving your goal seem very, very
compelling.

Just keep feeling that the excitement inside you is linked to the experience of
achieving the goal that you're interested in achieving. Doing what you want is
going to get you off. See it happening, feel it happening, notice exactly *how* it
can happen.

I'm not going to give you a goal, because you brought one yourself. But I am going
to tell you that you're going to really enjoy getting yourself off while thinking
about it.

And you can do that again and again.

Just like that.

Keep going, now, and it's all right if you're starting to get more turned on. Keep
concentrating, but it's all right if at some point you lose track of anything but
how good it feels between your legs, or how ready you are to come. How ready you
are to come now. When you're ready, you can come now. If you want to wait, you
can do that too, but it's all right to come now, and you can feel free to come now,
whenever you want to come. Now.

Right now.
