STUDY TIPS ALL STUDENTS

NEED TO KNOW
A highschoolers guide to efficient and

bearable studying.

CREATE A DESIGNATED
STUDY SPACE
Find a place to study where you're both comfortable and

free of distractions.

KEEP YOUR PHONE IN A

PLACE WHERE IT WON'T
DISTRACT YOU
The temptation to check every notification can be

overbearing when we keep our phones on us. Try turning it

off, turning on Do Not Disturb, or leaving it in a different

room.

STAY ORGANIZED
Make sure you don't miss any assignments or upcoming

exams, and keep track of everything you need to do in a

planner!

DON'T BE AFRAID TO TAKE

BREAKS
Though some people think that breaks waste time, it is

scientifically proven that periodic mind breaks boost

productivity. Grab a snack, go for a walk, pet your animal,

etc. Your study materials will still be there in a few minutes.

STUDY IN A WAY THAT

MAKES SENSE TO YOU
Everyone has a different style of learning, so you might not

want to study exactly like your friends or family. Figure out

what works best for you, and go with it!
