Memo Clothing Allowance

Secondary School Heads/OICs
All Others Concerned

In response to the request for the early release of teaching and non-teaching
personnel’s benefits, please advise your finance staff to prepare payroll (soft copy) for 2020
Clothing Allowance in the amount of P6,000.00 and send via FB page to Melody Gonzales
Regalado for elementary schools and Claire Carpio de Jesus for SHS and Non-Autonomous JHS
on or before March 23, 2020, Monday, to facilitate auditing in time for the release of the NCA
and the DepEd guidelines on the new uniform. Kindly exert all efforts to expedite preparation
of the said payroll.

Finance staff are requested to work at home and communicate through text or email
to concerned personnel.

Refer to DBM Budget Circular No. 2018-1 for guidelines.
