Proposed Solution
University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines
Its Engr. Monsod should meet with the marketing in-charge and make him/her

explain why it happened that the RRMC did not receive any response from their

company regarding the deal that made them deal with another supplier. Engr. Monsod

should require all the departments in the company a regular report so that he could be

aware of how the company is going and that he could find out if there are lapses that

are undertaken. This situation should never happen again, or else the company would

have to compromise and lay-off its workers. Proper management and constant

monitoring should be done. Effective communication should take place as well.

Recommendations

It is very important in a company to always have the sense of responsibility

among its employees. Proper management and constant monitoring is indeed a must. In

addition, proper communication will take place within the company in order to prevent

lapses and other issues that could have a direct impact on the company and its

management.
