MOTION TO POST BAIL

ACCUSED, by counsel, to this Honorable Court, respectfully states


that –

1. He has been arrested and detained on October 17, 2019 for the
Violation of Sec. 2 (g) of R.A 9287 (SWERTRES) before the
Tagbilaran City Jail, Tagbilaran City, Philippines;

2. As a matter of Constitutional right, he intends to post bail for his


temporary liberty considering that he is still currently detained at
Tagbilaran City Jail, Tagbilaran City, Bohol and that the case has
not yet been filed before a particular court;

3. The recommended bail bond by the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office


as indicated below is pegged at Php 60,000.00.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, foregoing considered, it is prayed of this Honorable


Court that the above-named accused be allowed to post bail for her
temporary liberty.

Other relief and remedies consistent with justice are also prayed for.
