R. Ingram: 8 Years, 5 Months, and 23 Days 8 Years and 6 Months

The document provides instructions for calculating a student's chronological age based on their date of birth and the date of a mental ability test using an online age calculator. It notes that the calculator uses age norms rather than grade norms and gives examples of calculating ages when the number of days is over 15. It then provides four examples of students' test dates, dates of birth, and the resulting chronological ages.

Chronological Age Calculator

Mental Ability Test uses "AGE" norms, not "Grade Norms" to determine scaled scores and
national percentile ranks.  Please use the following link to determine a student's chronological
age: superduperinc.com/AgeCalculator/Default.aspx. You must know the test date and the actual
age of the student. Once you get the chronological age, and the "days" is 15 days or over 15
days, go up one month. Example, if it calculates 8 years, 5 months, and 23 days you would
calculate the student as 8 years and 6 months...the days is 15 and over.

Here you go with test date and the age of students... (use the link above):

A. Test Date:  Feb. 4th, 2020

    DOB: Dec. 16th, 2004
Chronological Age: 15 years, 2 months

B. Test Date: March 3rd, 2020
    DOB:  Jan. 10th, 2013
Chronological Age: 7 years, 2 months

C. Test Date: March 6th, 2020
    DOB: Aug. 31st, 2009
Chronological Age: 10 years, 6 months

D. Test Date:  Feb. 12th, 2020
    DOB: Sept. 14th, 2011
Chronological Age: 8 years, 5 months
