Parag Lal Shri was a member of the first Lok Sabha representing Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh from 1952-1957. He was born in 1898 in Sekhapur, Sitapur to Lachhaman Prasad. He had one son and one daughter and worked as a cultivator. He had previously served as the president of the District Depressed Classes League and Uttar Pradesh Depressed Classes League, and was involved in social work in both rural and urban areas.
