week. You have been asked to write a report to help determine whether this will help or

against it.

TOPIC B: Neighbors are the people who live near us. What are the qualities of a good
neighbor, in your opinion? And what are the nuisances of the opposite type? Are you a
good or a bad neighbor? Use specific details and examples in your answer.
