Terms & Conditions
An Exhibitor will comply to all the terms and conditions of the association with
Kidzistaan by filling and signing the application form. Kidzistaan will reserve the right to
change the rules, regulations and the floor plan as per the need of the event at any time
and which will be communicated to the Exhibitors accordingly.
On acceptance of the Application Form by the Selection Committee, the selected
Exhibitors will be deemed to have entered into a contract with the Organiser upon
successful payment of the participation for the Exhibitor Stalls.
Kidzistaan doesn’t take any guarantee of footfall and the sales for any of the exhibitors
participating.
Exhibitors are not allowed to roam around in the Event arena and promote their
products, they need to be strictly located in their own stalls, wait for the visitors to come
to their stall and interact.
Equipment Available in Stall
All the stalls will be equipped with 2 Tables, 2 Chairs, lights and 1 dust bin. Any Exhibitor
looking for additional / special requirements in the stall will have to approach the
Organiser before 15th December, 2019. Availability of the requirements will be
immediately communicated with the Exhibitor upon request. Although the additional
equipment / requirements will attract additional costing. These requirements may
include chairs, tables, electricity load, lights, TV, Fridge, etc.
Stalls at Kidzistaan
Installation of the stalls will commence from 17th December to 19th December, 2019. The
De-Installation of stalls will commence from 23rd December, 2019 (1am Onwards).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be entertained before 10th December, 2019 with a penalty of 30% of
the total amount of the stall booked for the Event.

Exhibitors will take care not to infringe any rights including trademarks, domain names,
creatives, and moral rights of the creator of such intellectual property in any
object/thing/substance. The Organizer reserves the right to approach the Court of Law
in such circumstances, taking civil or criminal actions against the Exhibitor.
Organisor reserves the right to use brand name, logo, artworks, visuals, videos and all
kinds of material from the Exhibitor to present for the Event.
