SEEDS GERMINATION STEPS

Step 1. Place tray at a smooth surface.

Step 2. Wash the foam with water first throughly


before put into the tray. Fill the tray and foam with
water as shown as in Fig.2

Plant one seed per foam cubicle.

Step 3. Cover with a piece of paper and put away


from sunlight for about 3 days. Pour water on top of
the paper. Please make sure the paper is wet as all
time. Remember to check it every day and refill
water constantly both tray and paper.

Step 4. Remove the paper on the 5th day and you
will see the seed is growing. Put the tray under
sunlight for another 2 days

Step 5. Insert the foam cubicle into the small net pot

Step 7. Check water pump setting and make sure turn it to the lowest set up. Fill the bucket with water and
cover the lid. Stack in the pot one by one as show in the installation guide.

Installation Guide please refer to Assembly for I Stack Vertical Growing System or Star Stack Vertical
Growing System in the next page. After installation, plug in the socket to turn on water pump, check water
level of all stackers and make sure they are all fill with water. Check the water level on bucket through hole
on the lid and make sure to refill water in the bucket to almost full.

Step 8. They are 2 types of Nutrient provided, A and B to be put into the bucket. Please take note of the
quantity of nutrients for growing vegetables to be put in according to your system. Concentration 1:200.

Precondition:

Locate a place vertical growing tower, there should be a electricity socket for water pump plug, should be a
water hose for water filling. The place selected should have enough sunlight passing through, at least 6
hours a day.

Step 1. Place water bucket on designated position, keep the lid open. Connect one end of the rubber hose
provided to water pump, secure it with cable tie. Connect the other side of rubber hose to the
stainless steel pipe and secure it with cable tie. Please make sure you have set the water pumps to
the low setting.

Step 2. Place the pipe into the bucket, lock it in position. Fill in water till it is almost full and close the lid.

Step 3. Assemble I Stack pot, slot in though the centre hole from top of the stainless steel pipe, after which
slot in I-stack and lock into position. Repeat the same steps.

Step 4. Plug in the water pump socket and let the water fill in all I stack pots.

Step 5. Check the water level on the bucket and fill in constantly until it almost full, about 2 inches below
the lid

Step 6. Measure suitable nutrient quantity, please refer to page 2. Pour in nutrient A and wait for 5 minutes
before putting in Nutrient B. ( Please kindly mark this date on your calendar, for easy referring)

Step 7. Now, you are all ready to put in your net pot into the slot on I- Stack.

Step 8. Repeat Step 6 on the 10th day after first set up, please refer to page 2.

Harvesting is pretty much depend on the seeds, usually lettuce takes about 38-45 days.

Step 3. Connect Pipe B to pipe A, after which slot in Star Stack through the centre hole. If you are setting up
for hydroponic please slot in the Star Plate, and lock into position. After 3 level, please connect Pipe
C to Pipe B. Continue slot the Star Stack. Put the Top Cover on top of the Star Plate.

Step 4. Plug in the water pump socket and let the water fill in all star stack pots.

Step 5. Check the water level on the bucket and fill in constantly until it almost full, about 2 inches below
the lid

Step 6. Measure suitable nutrient quantity, please refer to page 2. Pour in nutrient A and wait for 5 minutes
before putting in Nutrient B. ( Please kindly mark this date on your calendar, for easy referring)

Step 7. Now, you are all ready to put in your net pot into the slot on Star Stack.

Step 8. Repeat Step 6 on the 10th day after first set up, please refer to page 2.
