‫ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ َوﻗﱠﻊ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﺳﺎﺑﻘﺎ ً ﻋﺮض اﻟﻌﻤﻞ رﻗﻢ‬، ‫ﺣﯿﺚ أﺑﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول رﻏﺒﺘﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﺘﺸﻐﯿﻠﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟُﻤﺤﺪد أدﻧﺎه‬

: ‫ ﺟﺰء ﻻ ﯾﺘﺠﺰأـ ﻣﻦ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ وُﻣﻠﺤﻘﮫ‬، ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻖ ﺗﻮﻗﯿﻌﮫ ﻣﻨﮭﻤﺎ وُﻣﻠﺤﻘﮫ‬
Preamble

Whereas the First Party expressed the desire to contract with the Second Party to be employed in the below-mentioned
job; therefore, both Parties have previously signed the Job Offer No. (MB161205055AE) of the year (10/02/2016), after
both Parties have acknowledged their legal capacity to enter into this Contract and that this preamble, the Job Offer
previously signed by the same and the Annex hereof shall be an integral part of this Contract. Now therefore, both Parties
have agreed to enter into this Contract as per the following terms:
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻷول‬

‫ دﺑﻲ‬: ‫ ﺑﺪوﻟﺔ اﻻﻣﺎرات اﻟﻌﺮﺑﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪة ﻓﻲ اﻣﺎرة‬، ‫ أو ﺑﻤﮭﻨﺔ ﻣﮭﻨﺪس ﻣﺸﺮوع‬/ ‫ﯾﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺄن ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﻮظﯿﻔﺔ‬
First Article

The Second Party shall work for the First Party in the job/profession of PROJECT ENGINEERwithin the UAE,
(Emirate Name:Dubai.).
‫اﻟ ﺒ ﻨ ﺪ اﻟ ﺜﺎ ﻧ ﻲ‬

‫ أو ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ اﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﻓﻲ‬10/02/2016 :‫ﺗﺒﺪأ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ دﺧﻮل اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ ﻓﻲ‬
Second Article

The labour relation shall commence from the date of entering the State by the Second Party on or from the date of status
amendment on 10/02/2016.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ‬

( ‫ ﺷﮭﺮ‬6) ‫ وﺗﻜﻮن ﻣﺪة ھﺬه اﻟﺘﺠﺮﺑﺔ‬، ‫ﯾﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺗﺤﺖ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﺑﺔ‬
Third Article

The Second Party (MAY) work under a probation period of (6 month/s) to the First Party.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺮاﺑﻊ‬

.‫ وﯾﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﺤﺪﯾﺪ ھﺬه اﻷﯾﺎم وإﻋﻼم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﺑﺪء ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬،1 ‫ﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﺮاﺣﺔ اﻷﺳﺒﻮﻋﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻤﺪة‬
Fourth Article

The Second Party’s weekly rest shall be1 day(s). The First Party shall determine such day(s) and inform the Second Party
thereof at the commencement date of the employment relationship.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺨﺎﻣﺲ‬

، ‫( ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺘﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟُﻤﺤﺪد ﻟﻺﻧﮭﺎء‬1 ) ‫ ﻓﺈﻧﮫ ﯾﻠﺘﺰم ﺑﺘﻘﺪﯾﻢ اﺧﻄﺎر ﺑﺎﻹﻧﮭﺎء ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻵﺧﺮ ﻣﺼﺤﻮﺑﺎ ً ﺑﻤﮭﻠﺔ إﻧﺬار ﻣﺪﺗﮭﺎ‬، ‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل رﻏﺒﺔ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ إﻧﮭﺎء ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
‫وﺗﻜﻮن ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺪة ﻣﺘﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ‬
Fifth Article

Should either party desire to terminate this Contract, such party shall notify the other party of such desire within (1
Months) as a prior notice before the determined date of termination. Such period shall be similar for both parties.

3600AED(‫ ) ﺛﻼﺛﺔ اﻻف وﺳﺘﻤﺎﺋﺔ درھﻤﺎ‬: ‫ﺑﺪل ﺳﻜﻦ‬
‫ أﯾﺔ ﺑﺪﻻت أﺧﺮى‬:
‫ طﺒﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻠﻨﻈﻢ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﺮرھﺎ اﻟﻮزارة‬، ‫ وﻗﯿﺎم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻼم ھﺬا اﻷﺟﺮ‬، ‫وﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﺘﺰام اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺴﺪاد اﻷﺟﺮ‬
Sixth Article

Both Parties agree that the Second Party shall work for the First Party in return for Monthly Wage of 12000 AED
(Twelve thousand) . Such wage shall include:
The Basic Salary at an amount of AED 7200(Seven thousand two hundred)
Allowances:
These allowances should include without limitation:
Housing Allowance: AED 3600(Three thousand six hundred)
Other Allowances :
The First Party shall pay the wage and the Second Party shall receive the wage according to the regulations determined by
MOL.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻊ‬

‫ ﻋﻠﻰ أن‬، ‫ وﻻ ﯾُﻠﺰم أي طﺮف ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮار ﺗﻌﺎﻗﺪه ﻣﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻵﺧﺮ ﺑﻐﯿﺮ إرادﺗﮫ‬، ‫ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺗﻌﺎﻗﺪﯾﺔ رﺿﺎﺋﯿﺔ‬، ‫ اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﻨﻈﻤﮭﺎ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬، ‫ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
‫ﯾﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺬي أﻧﮭﻰ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﺈرادﺗﮫ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺮدة ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﺒﻌﺎت اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟﻚ وﻓﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻤﺎ ھﻮ ًﻣﺤﺪد ﺑُﻤﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ووﻓﻘﺎ ً ﻷﯾﺔ أﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ أﺧﺮى‬
. ‫ ( ﻣﻦ ﺑﻨﻮد ُﻣﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬2 ) ‫ وﺗﻨﺘﮭﻲ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ إذا ﺗﻮاﻓﺮت ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺤﺎﻻت اﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮص ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﻨﺪ‬. ‫ﺳﺎرﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮزارة‬
Seventh Article

The labour relationship, governed by this Contract, shall be a contractual, consensual relationship. Neither Party shall be
obliged to continue such contractual labour relationship with the other Party without its consent, provided that the Party
terminating the Contract at its sole discretion shall bear all legal consequences resulting therefrom as stipulated in the
Annex enclosed herewith and according to any MOL Applicable Laws. The labour relationship between both Parties shall
end if any of the events set forth in Article (2) of the Annex enclosed herewith occurs.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺜﺎﻣﻦ‬

‫ﯾﻘﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺄﻧﮫ أْطﻠَﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﻔﺼﯿﻠﯿﺎ ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﻮد اﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ُﻣﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ) ﺳﺒﻌﺔ ﺑﻨﻮد( ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻘﺮ ﺑﺄن ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ وﻣﻠﺤﻘﮫ ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﻟﻌﺮض‬
.‫ واﻟﺬي ﺳﺒﻖ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﻮﻗﯿﻌﮫ ﻓﻲ دوﻟﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺪام أو داﺧﻞ اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ‬، ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وُﻣﻠﺤﻘﮫ‬
Eighth Article

The First Party acknowledges that it has informed the Second Party of all the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed
herewith (7 articles in total) and that this contract and the Annex hereof are consistent with the Job Offer and the Annex
thereof previously signed by the Second Party in the state of recruitment or inside the UAE.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻊ‬

‫ﯾُﻘﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺄﻧﮫ إَطﻠَﻊ ﺗﻔﺼﯿﻠﯿﺎ ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﻮد اﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ُﻣﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ) ﺳﺒﻌﺔ ﺑﻨﻮد( وَﻋِﻠﻢ ﺑﻜﺎﻓﺔ ﻣﺎ ﺗ ﱠ‬
‫ ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻘﺮ ﺑﺄن ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ وﻣﻠﺤﻘﮫ‬،‫ﻀﻤﻨﮫ ﻣﻦ أﺣﻜﺎم‬
.‫ واﻟﺬي ﺳﺒﻖ أن ﻗﺎم ﺑﺘﻮﻗﯿﻌﮫ ﻓﻲ دوﻟﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺪام أو داﺧﻞ اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ‬، ‫ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﻟﻌﺮض اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وُﻣﻠﺤﻘﮫ‬

The Second Party acknowledges that it has thoroughly reviewed all the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed herewith
(7 articles in total), is well aware of all provisions contained therein and that this Contract and the Annex hereof are
consistent with the Job Offer and the Annex thereof previously signed by the Second Party in the State of recruitment or
inside the UAE.

Tenth Article

Both Parties acknowledge that the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed herewith constitute an integral and
complementary part hereof and shall be binding on both Parties.
