DEED OF GIFT
In relation to Plot No. MG 0619 Mugala, Chambishi ,Kalulushi Road in the
Copperbelt Province of Zambia.
I, KAOLE STEPHANIA of 432 Mugala, Chambishi, Kalulushi Road in the
Republic of Zambia being registered as owner(subject to the exception,
reservations, restrictions and restrictive covenants and conditions mention
and encumbrances as are notified by Memorandum endorsed thereon) and
to the payment of annual fees ALL that piece of Land in being,Plot No.
MG 0619 Mugala, Chambishi, Kalulushi Road in the Province of the
Republic of Zambia which. DO HEREBY way of gift transfer to the said
CHALWE PRECIOUS all my rights title and interest in the (together with
all accrued rights and liabilities thereon)
THIS DEED OF EXCHANGE is made the 12 th day of December Two
thousand and Sixteen BETWEEN KAOLE STEPHANIA called “ the first
exchanger” of the part and CHALWE PRECIOUS of Kitwe in the Republic
of Zambia ( hereinafter called “exchange”) of the other part.
WHEREAS:
The first Exchanger and the Exchanger are the Giver or Receiver for the
said Plot No. MG 0619 Mugala, Chambishi, Kalulushi Road .
AND WHEREAS the First Exchanger and the Exchanger has agreed to
exchange the RIGHTS held by them respectively and to enter into the
covenants herein after contained.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows:
1. (a) In consideration of the Assignment hereinafter to be made the
First Exchanger as Beneficial Owner HEREBY ASSIGNS unto
the Exchanger ALL THAT the property described in the first
schedule hereto TOGETHER with the uexhausted
improvements thereon TO HOLD the same unto the
EXCHANGE for all the residue of the said term of years
SUBJECT as hereinbefore mentioned and SUBJECT
ALSO as HEREINAFTER PROVIDED.
(b) With the object and intent of affording to the First Exchange a
full and sufficient indemnity in respect of the covenants
mentioned in the first schedule hereto but not further otherwise
the Exchange HEREBY COVENANTS with the First Exchanger
to observe and perform the said covenants so far as they relate
and to indemnity the first Exchanger against all actions
proceedings costs claims and demands whatsoever in respect
thereof.
2. (a) In consideration of assignment by the first Exchanger
Hereinbefore made the Exchanger as Beneficial Owner
HEREBY ASSIGNS unto the First Exchanger ALL THAT that
property Described in the Second Schedule hereto TOGETHER
with all the unexhausted improvements thereon TO HOLD the
same unto the first Exchanger SUBJECT as hereinbefore
provided.
(b) With the object and interest of affording the Exchanger a full
and sufficient indemnity in respect of the covenants mentioned.
Mentioned in the second Schedule hereto but further or
otherwise The first Exchanger COVENTS with the Exchanger to
observe and perform the said convents so far as they relate to
the property described in the Second Schedule hereto and to
indemnity the Exchanger against all actions proceedings costs
claims an demands whatsoever in respect thereof.
IN WITNESS whereof the First Exchanger and the Exchanger have
hereunto set theirs hand the day and year hereinbefore written.

ALL THAT PROPERTY being PLOT situated in residential area which is
Chambishi from part Kalulushi in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia.
THE SECOND SCHEDULE hereinbefore referred to:

Chambishi from part Kalulushi in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia.
