AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, x, 64 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of New Lagao, Tacurong
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
and state, to wit:

1. I know personally y. and h because we belong to the same barangay. We


know each other for almost a long time.

2. I later came to know that the said lot was mortaged .

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to truth of the foregoing statements.
