The document discusses how to form superlative adjectives to compare more than two items in a group. It explains that for regular adjectives, the superlative is formed by adding "-est" to short adjectives or doubling the last consonant and adding "-est" for big adjectives. For long adjectives ending in "-y", "-iest" is added. Longer adjectives use "most" before the adjective. Irregular adjectives like good, bad, and far have unique superlative forms as well.
