CONSTRUCTION:
Solid copper circuit conductors, (No. 8 AWG and larger are stranded) with low temperature XLPE insulation (RW90),
copper bonding conductor, twisted assembly wrapped with a paper binder and covered with aluminum interlocking
armour. Rated 600 volts.

CONDUCTOR COLOURS:
• For 2 conductor constructions: black and white circuit conductors plus a bare copper bonding conductor.
• For 3 conductor constructions: black, red and white circuit conductors plus a bare copper bonding conductor.
• For 4 conductor constructions: black, red, blue and white circuit conductors plus a bare copper bonding conductor.
APPLICATIONS AND FEATURES:
Southwire’s AC90 is designed for exposed and concealed wiring such as ventilated cable trays and other dry locations,
where the maximum conductor temperature will not exceed 90°C. Meets CSA cold bend and impact tests at -40ºC.
