The following items are not a part of elevator installation work and are the
responsibility of the building owner.

1 - Finishing of the machine room floor and walls after completion of installation
2 - All other work related to building construction.
3 - The machine room power supply for installation work and operation of
elevator.
4 - Temperature of machine room is below 40 C and elevator machine room is
free of dust and harmful gas.
5- Folding will be provided by client.
6-Provision of suitable locked space for the storage of elevator equipment tools
and labor stay during elevator installation.
