The citizen believes the city's water should be cleaner because environmental justice guarantees everyone the fundamental right to clean air, water, and food. They argue the water is currently toxic/hazardous. They also ask what the mayor would do if someone donated a nuclear bomb - run toward it or away from it.

Dear mayor Steve,

In my opinion i think that our water should be cleaner

because the Environment justice calls for universal
protection and disposal of toxic/hazardous wastes and
poisons and nuclear testing that threaten the fundamental
right to clean air, water and food. The water should be clean
because it is toxic/hazardous waters. If someone donated a
nuclear bomb what would you do run to it or run away.
