The proposed building has 3 No. 300 TR water cooled screw chilling machine with CFC free refrigerant i.e. R-134A.

No refrigeration equipment is presently planned to be installed. However, if installed in future then same shall also be CFC free.

The Fire suppression system for the building consists of water based sprinkler system on all floors duly complying to local fire regulations. In
addition, hand held portable fire extinguishers of water (Gas pressure) type (9 liters capacity), Carbon-di-oxide type (4.5 kg and 5.8 kg
capacity) and foam type (9 liters capacity) shall be provided as first aid fire extinguishing appliances. These extinguishers also do not use CFC.
