Check list for panel construction, general points:
The maximum width for transport units is 10M
The maximum load per transport unit is 2400 kg.
Barriers bounding a section must be fitted from bottom to top - both in the
front and in the rear side.
The maximum spacing between vertical barriers is 4M as a rule.
Mounting bars or similar must be fitted from the front to the rear.
Plinth reinforcements must be fitted, if the weight per transport unit > 600 kg.
Corner reinforcements must be fitted as needed.
There must be sufficient space for joining of busbars in connection with
transport units.
The width of the bottom plates must follow the width of the section.
For possible future extensions of an assembly, you must take the placing of the
busbar holder into consideration, f.ex. by placing the outer busbar holders
1M or 2M from the front. Likewise, you must take the placing of components and
outgoing cables, etc. into consideration.

The opening in the plinth shall be closed
at panel location, so that the panel obtains
the required degree of protection. 3045-0610
This is carried out, either by mounting a
plain cover plate between the plinth and
the stringer, fig 1, or by making sure that
the opening between the plinth and the
floor/bedplate is closed, fig. 2.
To provide earth continuity according
to IEC 61439-1, 8.4.3.2.2, use 2 screws
trough the stinger and towards the plain
cover (Bottom plate) – see fig. 3
