Sheraton, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for a period of __________________ as a part
of the college syllabus.

I also ensure that during this training period, I will abide by the
terms and conditions issued by the hotel from time to time. If any mishap/
personal health issue/ accident occurs which injures me during the training
period, I will not hold any of the Hotel authorities responsible for it.
