Job Description
Achievement of Revenue targets as per budget
Achievement of Gross margin as per the budget
Achievement Profit Before Tax % as per the budget
100% Invoicing every month
100% collection as per budget DSO
Maintain collections schedule as the budgeted DSO
Client loss not to Exceed 5% of Total Existing Business
Meet all the critical clients at least once a quarter
Ensure audit points of all the critical clients are closed/ addressed with 10 days from the date of intimation.
Reduce attrition in your region from the present level.
Succession Planning Identifying the critical positions and employees who has a potential to fill in these
positions
Prepare development plan.
