MOTION TO WITHDRAW CASH BOND

COMES NOW the undersigned ALICIA D. LARA unto this Honorable

Court, most respectfully states that:

1. That the undersigned acted as bondsman to secure the temporary

liberty of the accused in relation to a complaint filed before Regional

Trial Court of General Santos City, under CICL No.46-17-D;

2. On July 3, 2017 the Court approved accused’s petition for bail for Six

Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P6,500.00), payment of which is

evidenced by the Official Receipt No.: 2577765C and Six Thousand

Five Hundred Pesos (P6,500.00), payment of which is evidenced by

the Official Receipt No.: 2577764C ;

3. That on August 7, 2019, this Honorable Court issued a Closure

Order directing that the application for probation is considered moot

and academic;

4. In view of the dismissal of the complaint and the issuance by this

Honorable Court of a Release Order, it is imperative that the bond

earlier posted for the temporary liberty of the accused be released to

the bondsman;

WHEREFORE, premises considered it is respectfully prayed that the

amount deposited in Court for the temporary liberty of the accused be released

to the undersigned bondsman.

Bondsman further pray for other relief just and equitable under the

premises.
