- There are no foolproof techniques to achieve success
- Goal setting may be good, but not for people who already set 200 goals a week
- Knowing how to win friends and influence people can be good, but not if you spend your
life trying to please those around you and never figure out what it is that you want yourself.
- Meditation can be good, but not if you relax best when your body is in motion. Then yoga
or running may be better.
