Conflict Resolution I worked with multiple/students one on one in elementary up to high school. I
prepared them for the next grade level, helped with academic struggles, STAAR
CERTIFICATIONS prep, and academic achievement. I became persistent and flexible while
differentiating to accommodate each student and build self-confidence.

During this time, I cared for children by providing basic needs, teaching
developmental skills, and beginning academic skills. I grew an understanding
that with careful persistence, children will not only build a relationship with you,
but they will also trust you to lead them in their development.
• I was promoted from receptionist to teacher aide and influenced the director
to hire more teacher aides being I was a successful first.
• I acquired problem-solving skills by finding solutions promptly.
• I created multiple art activities year-round that were age appropriate.
• I helped children developmentally by persistently encouraging and
motivating them with step by step growth.
