The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, accuses SALVADOR


CURRY, of the crime of Rape under paragraph 1(d) of the Revised Penal
Code, in relation to Republic Act No. 7610, committed as follows:

“That on or about 4th day of January, 2019, in the City of


Baguio, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-entitled accused, by means of
fraudulent machinations did, then and there, willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously have carnal knowledge with one
JUANA MARUPOK, 20 years of age, with the mental age of 10,
at the time of the commission of the offense, against her will
and consent.”
