A. Executive Summary

Buug Zamboanga Sibugay is the quite small town but this place has a lot of cravings you

need to know. Buug are very creative upon producing different types of foods from different

ancestor and influenced the people as the result of loving foods and habits of inventing different

kinds of foods. As example of well-known foods in Buug we have the street food which is

selling by different entrepreneur they have a lot of different of foods which is the tempura, kwek-

kwek, lumpia, kikiam, fishball, and barbeque, etc. Those stated fast food are the reasons why the

entrepreneur want to create and sustain their passion. But I think for our business I want to create

and build a new and unique fast foods to make really the people contributing a good impact for

our Municipality of Buug, is the Satti and Pastil fast food type, but this time we will have a

friendly and affordable satti and pastil for everyone and many more fast food that we have offer.

Furthermore Satti Ayam or Satti is a local favorite of barbecued meat similar to the

Malaysian Satay. It’s served with chunks of rice similar to those prepared in Puso (rice wrapped

in coconut leaves minus the leaves to create its square-like shape, and sticks of grilled beef and

chicken meat swimming in the thick, spicy and hot sauce. It is the sauce that makes all the

difference giving it the special taste. Pilipino nor Mindanaon are really love spicy foods that is

why satti sauce is usually made with spicy taste.

For our special pastil, for the information of everyone pastil is everywhere at any

occasion and at any time of the day. These fast food type known in the near boundary like Sulu

and Basilan they called it as Mini-Empanada for it has the same look. But different main

ingredient that usually make in pancit-bihon.


At the first 3 months of operations, the La Sabroso Comida Fastfood will be composed of

1 manager/cashier, 1 assistant manager/assistant cook/mixer, 1 mixer/cook, 1 utility worker and

1 security guard.

The La Sabroso Comida fast food will now going to provide you something new and

more delicious fast food type especially with our special Pastil and Satti for everyone that serves

as your starter energizer every day for only 3 pieces of pastil and satti with affordable price you

will be satisfied. These products will be serve as you go or visit our social media with our
