Graphical Abstract

This study investigated the quality of locally bottled and imported drinking water brands in Oman. Researchers from the University of Nizwa tested various brands for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. The results showed that most brands met national standards for drinking water quality, though a few local brands contained higher levels of some contaminants compared to imported brands.
