U.A.E, seeks to employ you for the provision of services on the above subject matter. Further details are below:
DESIGNATION: English Teacher
MONTHLY SALARY: 35,500AED (Thirty Five Thousand, Five Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams)
Monthly/Basic. (Tax Free)
WORK TIMING: STARTS: 8.00AM TO 3.00PM, Work Days: Sundays – Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are non-
working days.
BENEFITS: Travel insurance, Medical insurance, three bedroom flat duplex/family accommodation, free educational
assistance for your children, new car and 14 days break/leave after every 90 working days.
JOB LOCATION: ABU DHABI – UAE
STARTUP DATE: 27th August, 2019 (Flexible)
DURATION OF CONTRACT: 24 Months (Two years contract–renewable)
ALLOWANCES/ENTITLEMENTS:
Yearly Bonus: Two Months’ Salary
Car maintenance: 4000.00 AED (Monthly)
House & furnishings: House Furnishings: 40,000.00 AED (Yearly)
Entertainment & recreation: 2,100 AED (Monthly)
Travel & Events: 3,050 AED (Monthly)
PAID LEAVE PERIOD/TRAVEL: All Employees are entitled to a 14 days break/leave after every 90 working days.
For each inter-continental trip, Employees shall be paid 2,630 USD as Travel Allowance. Travel shall be by business
class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary. Air Travel tickets shall also be paid for by the School.
However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment
allowance. The Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the period/time of purchase. Employer shall
also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to
employer and as shall be requested by employee.
RESIDENCE VISA AND WORK PERMIT EXPENSES: All expenses concerning Employees’ residence visa and work
permit papers process will be at the charge of the School, Flight tickets shall also be made available by the School for
the employee and family members (If any). However, The Employee will be responsible for providing the mandatory
Job Security Deposit/Clearance Fees to enable the finalization of his documentation process, The Job Security
Deposit/Clearance Fee will be fully refunded back to the employee, soon after the process is finalized.

NON-UAE RESIDENTS: It is the Government’s Statutory policy that all employees must bear the financial
responsibilities for their Job Security Deposit/Clearance Fees, as a proof of their seriousness to join their prospective
company, You are to contact The AL RAYED TRAVEL & TOURISM - U.A.E, in this regard.
UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES: The two monthly salaries shall be paid in advance before employees embark on
journey to assume duty. This is to enable employees settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be
entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. Employees are to note that the Two months upfront salaries are
paid AFTER Employees procure and process the relevant Resident/Work Permit papers through The AL RAYED
TRAVEL & TOURISM - U.A.E and submit it to our Human Resources department for verification.
ACCOMODATION/FEEDING:
Junior Level employees are expected to reside at the School's staff quarters.
For Senior Level Employees, There are 3 Bedroom flat apartment, new car, for employees use during contract.
Dietary options, customized cooks and dietitians are available options.
In case of local dishes, we have chefs from various countries to handle such.
MEDICAL COVER: All employees and their dependents are provided with medical care. This includes routine GP care
as well as hospital care. Emergency dental care is provided as necessary.
OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER: Laptop Computer/desk top with Full time Internet access is
made available. Phone: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This
shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
TERMINATION: Termination without Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon ninety
(90) days prior written notice to the other. Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause
if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default
within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.
FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be responsible for any damages, delay in performance or failure to perform by
employee, if caused by any act or occurrence beyond its reasonable control such as embargoes, changes in
government regulations or requirements (executive, legislative, judicial, military or otherwise), acts of war or
terrorism, power failure, electrical surges or current fluctuations, lightning, earthquake, flood, the elements or other
forces of nature, delays or failures of transportation, or acts or omissions of telecommunications common carriers.
CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION: Return of Property and Confidential Information: In the event of termination for
any reason, employee shall return to employer, all property and Confidential Information (as defined in Section 15) received
for service rendering., employee shall immediately cease using any passwords or other information provided for Access to
Patient's information systems, and also any other equipment or software provided to the employee.
AMENDMENT: This Agreement may be amended only by a writing that is signed by both parties.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Safety and Security of Staff and facilities in the School’s premises are of utmost importance,
and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free discharge of duties.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Most compounds have their own swimming pool and modern well-equipped gyms. They are
also tennis and squash courts, coffee shops and shops. The Employee Social Club & Recreation Services offer a number
of recreational courses, exercise programs and organized trips. Laundry and dry cleaning services will also be made
available by the School's laundry and dry cleaning unit.
DOCUMENTS FOR PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA: The Employee is requested to contact the
below office of our appointed traveling agency which shall be responsible for the processing of his or her valid UAE
Work/Residence Permit Visa, and then forward it to the HR of Summit International School - U.A.E. for verification
and confirmation.
The Job Security Deposit/Clearance Fee incurred during this process shall be refunded to the candidate after
five (5) working days of concluding all Immigration process.
