Dear Most Worshipful Grand Master:

I am in receipt of your letter dated April 21, 2020 and very disheartened by your
actions against the Supreme Council of the 33° and Last Degree of the Ancient
and Accepted Scottish Rite of Romania, under the leadership of Illustrious Brother
Stelian Nistor, 33° Degree, Sovereign Grand Commander.
The action that you have taken regarding this Supreme Council of Romania is very
disturbing and a matter of much concern within our Grand Lodge. In the United
States, no Grand Master has the authority or has ever taken such severe action
against a Sovereign Grand Commander and his Supreme Council.
As Grand Master of the largest Grand Lodge in the world, I am in total support of
our own Sovereign Grand Commander, Illustrious Brother David Glattly and his
recent actions. Illustrious Brother Glattly has the highest degree of support and
friendship with Illustrious Brother Stelian Nistor and the former Supreme Council
in Romania.
The Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania is saddened by this irregular action and is
concerned with the Masonic principles related thereto.
