 o Completed the EPIC projects with Saudi Aram co Karan, Safania ,Adma Opco, Ongc.
o Assembly of 10 ton to 60 ton Capacity Pedestal cranes from liebherr from Germany and installed them on
decks. Performed joint inspections, completion reports ,load tests.
o Successfully assembled gas turbine from CAT. Titan model. On ground and installed them on decks.
o Installed 28 mtr deaerator on top deck on Adma
o Successfully installed total of 1850 tons of static and rotating equipments on adma deck.

 Maintenance Operations

o Mechanical maintenance activities of 2140 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Consisting of 6 nos. of GE
Frame 9FA Gas Turbines. Six HRSGS Designed by Vogt Power International & supplied by Kawasaki
Japan with liquid and gas fuel auxiliary firing (Duct Burners).
o Active member of team for CI, HGPI &maintenance, commissioning and startup of Gas Turbine &
associated auxiliaries and HRSGs.

o Involved in Rotor replacement works on 1no. Fr 9FA machine.

o Presently looking after the BOP.(Cooling Tower, Chilled water system, Intake system)
o Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various machineries and
equipments to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.
o Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various
equipments and maintaining requisite documents for the same.
o Proactively identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through
application of trouble shooting tools.
o Contract management.
o Coordinating material / spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors,
requirement specification & offer evaluation.

 Erection & Commissioning

o Anchoring on-site commissioning& revival activities and ensuring completion of project within the
time and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
o Installation and commissioning of the heavy equipments as well as conducting tests & inspections to
ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities.
o Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications for revival& commission
of the plant equipments; reviewing & analyzing contractor's change order proposals & submittals.
