I, JAMES VERGARA PAMINTUAN, of legal age, married to MARIS TIONGSON PAMINTUAN, Filipino
and a resident 332 Purok 4, Sta. Lucia, City of San Fernando, Pampanga for and in consideration of the sum of
TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱250,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of absolute sale unto MHARREE JOIE
SHYNNE P. GOMEZ, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Sunshine Subd., Phase II, Lot 11, Tuyo,
Balanga City, Bataan, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest the following described real property which
is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 042-2015001773 of the Registry of Deeds of Pampanga free
from all liens and encumbrances, to wit:
