PROCEEDINGS:
1. Attendance Logbook
Time-in: 8:00am Time-out: 4pm
Arriving eight o’clock (8:00) onwards in the morning will be
considered tardy.
Three (3) consecutive late are equal to one (1) absent.
Weather disturbances should be considered.
It is a must to fill-in the DTR every day and must coincide with the
logbook.
Logbook per Room – must be fill in by the subject teachers as a sign that
he/she teach the class.
2. February 28, 2020 is the schedule of the Poona Piagapo District for the
validation of SBM.
3. The ICT coordinator will consolidate all the Nutritional Status end line per
class.
4. Continuation of the early registration of Kindergarten Grade 1, Grade 7 and
Grade 10.
5. Consequence if schedule is not performed.
Absent unless there is a valid excuse.
6. Dual Color T-Shirt for the school shirt.
7. Search for the Ulirang Ina who has 50% of the total children graduated in the
college as the age considered.
