INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses JOSELITO M.


BELARMINO and ARMANDO C. CANUTO of the crime of Robbery
defined and penalized under Article 293 of the Revised Penal Code,
committed as follows:

That on the 11th day of January 2020, in the City of Manila, National
Capital Region, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, accused JOSELITO M. BELARMINO and ARMANDO C.
CANUTO, with intent to gain, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously took the brown shoulder bag of MARIAFE D. ARELLANO
containing assorted valuables and cash by force and intimidation on her
person, thus performing all the acts of execution which would have
produced the crime of Robbery.
