Sycorax Technology will provide standard with 24*6 days of week at working hour
technical support from the date of hosting. Also Support Hotline in 8801831563999 of 24*6
days of week.
Service Period:
 Weekly: (Saturday – Thursday)
 Time: 10AM - 7PM hours

It means that if the site does not work properly due to the technical problem Sycorax
Technology will try to solve the problem within next 24 working hours. Further terms can
be discussed before issuing the work order.

Terms & Condition

 Customer Service free of cost for 6 months.

 System will run on cloud what can access with internet over globally.
 On receipt of the work order Sycorax Technology will install the software within
schedule time.
 Sycorax Technology will train up your personnel for smooth running of Software
during the Time of Installation & test run.
 Any other concern for both parties will arrange meeting and take decision mutually.
 All right of supplied Source code is reserved & Owned by Sycorax Technology.
 Any sorts of modification such as change after 6 months teat as under SLA (Service
level agreement) as monthly.
 Service contract bills have to pay 1st to 5th day of each Month.
