The Grand Jurors of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in and for the body of the County of
Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its July Term, 2020, charges that: On or about the 5th
day of June, 2020 in the County of Fairfax, Tyler Ryan Timberlake, did unlawfully assault and batter
LaMonta Gladney by using a Taser device to fire a dart into LaMonta Gladney's body, while
LaMonta Gladney was standing.
