KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ELIZABETH H. GALVAN, of legal age,widow, Filipino citizen and a resident of


Gonzales, Tubao, La Union, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE JONATHAN
G. ALON, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and a resident of Gonzales, Tubao,
La Union, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact to do and consider the following:

1. To act as my agent in any transaction which affects or involves my interest; or to


act for and in behalf of myself in all activities which requires my presence;

2. To sign, receive and receipt for, execute and deliver documents or instruments
related or pertinent to the aforementioned purposes;

3. To do all acts incident to the furtherance of the foregoing purposes;

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING, unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do any acts necessary to be done under the premises as fully to all intents as I
could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby confirming and ratifying all that my said
Attorney-in-Fact shall do by virtue hereof.
