Professional
1. Maintain my membership as a MPTA and APTA member.
2. Become more involved by volunteering and/or participating in at least 1 event each
month.
3. Apply the content that I have learned in class to my work with a community member
with CHARGE to optimize the care I provide to him.
Personal
1. Work out one hour 4-5 days per week to help myself stay healthy.
2. Walk my dog at least twice a day to help with stress management.
3. Stay caught up on my household chores by cleaning the house every Sunday to help
myself stay organized and not get overwhelmed.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR LONG-TERM (3-6 YEARS) PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GOALS?

Professional
1. Remediate less than two exams during my time in the physical therapy program.
2. Pass my licensing exam the first time that I take it.
3. Get a job as a physical therapist within the first 6 months after graduation.

Personal
1. Begin making monthly payments towards my student loans, at latest, 6 months after
graduation.
2. Maintain my current relationship.
3. By my own house within 3 years of graduation.
