AIRWORTHINESS STANDARDS
For Small Rotorcraft
27. 1 Applicability
(a) This Part prescribes airworthiness standards for issuance of a type certificate, and
changes to that type certificate, for small category rotorcraft with maximum
weights of 2730 kg (6000 pounds) or less.
(b) Each person who applies for such a certificate or change must show compliance
with the applicable requirements of FAR Part 27 / EASA CS 27 as amended, and
thier guidance material or equivalent Standards and ECAR operational requirements
that related to aircraft design.
