Is late night eating to blame for those extra pounds?


Most people have heard the myth that eating late at night or more specifically after 7
or 8 pm can cause weight gain. People believe this because they think eating at night slows
down your metabolism. This is not true and a MYTH for a reason. The more significant issue
this myth is trying to get at is the unhealthy choices people make when eating late at night.
This could be from sitting in front of the TV and fulfilling those late-night cravings. Obviously,
this will cause weight gain due to an increase in unneeded calories.
The truth is that calories are calories and can be eaten anytime during a 24 hours I’m Margie
