To promote and practice healthy life style to achieve optimum health
PBL can be done by
a. Individual
b. A group of maximum 4 students
Video document the preparation of your daily healthy-balanced meals to the minimum
of three various breakfast meals, three lunch meals and three dinner meals. Edit the
videos to perfection by using any video editor applications you like. Create a YouTube
Channel of your own and upload the videos you made with the hashtag
#STAYHOMESTAYFIT , #FIGHTCOVID19 and #SCIENCEPBLMCO2020
Section 1: MCO Healthy Meals
Section 2: Body Mass Index (BMI)
Section 3: MCO Physical Activities
Record and tabulate the changes of your BMI throughout the MCO period.
Produce nine videos of daily physical activities that possibly could be done during
MCO period and upload them in your YouTube channel. The video should be able to
encourage viewers to follow your activities.
Expected end products:
i. Each group must produce the minimum of 9 meal preparing videos and uploaded
them in YouTube Channel
ii. Each student individually in the group must calculate, record and tabulate their Body
Mass Index throughout the MCO days.
iii. Each group must create the minimum of 9 home physical activities and uploaded
them in YouTube Channel
