DEED OF GIFT
THIS DEED OF GIFT is made on the ………….. day of …………………, 2020.
BETWEEN
IMELDA RWEGAMBA EDWARD of P.O. Box 444, Mwanza (hereafter referred to as “The Donor”) which expression shall include
her successors in title on the one part.
AND
EASTER PETER JOACHIM of P. O. Box 1421, Mwanza (hereinafter referred to as “The Donee”) which expression shall include
his successors in title on the other part.
WHEREAS The Donor is the lawful registered owner of the Right of Occupancy on the property situated at Plot No. 13 BLOCK
MM KILOLELI B, CT NO. 78262, Ilemela municipality, MWANZA City.
AND WHEREAS the Donor out of her natural love and affection is desirous of making a gift of the said Right of Occupancy to the
Donee TO HOLD the same absolutely forever.
AND WHEREAS the Donee is ready and willing to accept, take and hold the gift given to him by the Donor absolutely forever as
shown hereunder.
NOW THEREFORE THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows:
1. That in consideration of the natural love and affection of the Donor for the Donee, the Donor HEREBY transfers to the
Donee free from any encumbrances the Right of Occupancy described herein above as the gift TO HOLD the same to
the Donee absolutely forever.
2. The Donee accepts the gift of the Right of Occupancy by the Donor absolutely forever.
3. The Donor shall relinquish to Donee all her rights and related documents and receipts
Concerning the said demised premises after execution of this Agreement.
4. The Donor undertakes to render all assistance necessary for the transfer of the title to the names of the Donee.
5. That the parties to this Deed have agreed to be bound by the same by appending their signatures as shown herein
under.
