Sub- Memo of fee regarding preparation of statement of fact in the case under reference and
typing expenses of final print of counter affidavit.

Sir,

On your request I had prepared the Statement of Fact on technical and legal issues
involved in the writ petition which was temporarily was with me on account of resignation of
Mr. Manoj Tondan, State Counsel, the file of which now has been transferred to Mr. Ashok
Kumar, A.A.G.

After getting the SOF vetted you had forwarded me for taking out the final print of
counter affidavit which I have accordingly done but for getting the counter filed, please contact
Mr. Ashok Kumar.

So far the expenses are concerned, the same are as under :-

1. Preparation of SOF – Rs. 2500/-


2. Typing/Print of counter affidavit- Rs. 350/-

Please handover the said amount to my register clerk Mahadev Yadav and get the
receipt.
