can be a hassle to locate them properly or can be expensive as everyone always have to go to
their offices physically. This is where our venture acts like a solution. The venture will be
called “Legalize” and it will be situated at 76 East Rampura. This will be created to help out
not only individuals but also corporate firms in terms of legal issues. There will be 6 partners
being, Samrin Hassan who will be in charge of the Marketing Dept., Maheem Khondoker
who will in charge of the Accounts, Ahmed Nafees who will be handling the Operations &
Rashmiah Zaman, Nusrat Zarin, Meher Anjum who will be looking after the Management
Dept. This will be a B2C based business. The company will be providing any basic legal
service or will answer any queries to handle the legal aspect for the biggest firms. The
company will operate through a Facebook page initially and eventually create an app for their
customers. Legalize will be the first online legal firm right in Bangladesh. This business plan
will help us in understanding the different sources and application of finances in an
organization. It will also give an inner view of the financial statements which will provide
information to the company.

Description of the venture:
The mission of the company is to make it easier for not only individuals but also big
corporate companies and entrepreneurs to obtain legal services within a click. This is a great
opportunity for us since in Bangladesh this sort of initiative has not been taken before. This is
relatively better since there is no competition in the market currently and has a greater scope
of expanding easily. It is easier to be successful in this venture because we will be the first
movers in this sector. We will be having a control resources example, the lawyers. We will
have the time to actually refine the venture the way we want it to be and bring it to the
customers. Since we will be the first movers we will also be having costing benefits. Our
brand will be recognized easily since no one has come up with this idea yet.
Service:
We will be providing all sorts of legal services such as trade licensing, child custody, divorce
papers, legal advisory and many more. The responses will be made 24/7 on the Facebook
page and the office hours will be available from 9am to 5pm which will be available for any
sort of consultancy. There will be a website which will consist of customer services, lawyers’
profile, background of the venture, a blog where all the laws of Bangladesh will be updated
regularly so that people can stay informed about the new laws and to promote laws and
regulations of Bangladesh. There will be an app for Legalize which will also consist of
similar services just like the website but it will be more user friendly and faster to use, so
people can access the app through mobile devices.
Size of Business:
The company will be located in Rampura which is in the middle of Dhaka city. We will be
renting a place there which will be of 3000sq ft. with proper electricity supply. We decided to
stick to Rampura after conducting a lot of researches. People from Gulshan, Dhanmondi &
Motijheel can easily go there. It is cheaper to rent an office over there and is an adequate
location for all our customers to reach.
Office equipment & Personnel:
The office equipment that will be required for our business are computers, table chairs,
telephones etc. As for personnel, we will hire 3-5 programmer, who will be creating &
maintaining the app and the website from the back end.
Background of Entrepreneurs:
The entrepreneurs of this venture will be 6 members, who are fresh graduates of North South
University and studied in different departments for example marketing, finance, human
resource management etc. Acquiring knowledge from a well-known university will help us in
conducting a better business plan and gradually a better business.
